Whether you are a beginner or an expert in the gym, we have a class for you.  Our innovative Bungee Fitness duo of Bungee Fit and Bungee Flight will add a new excitement to your workout routine and may put you in flight!  If that doesn't feel right for you, maybe you want to stay low with Aerial Yoga and lengthen your body.  Or if heights scare you, lets go traditional with TRX and Bootcamp.  For the little ones who need to relax, check out our kids yoga!

This boot camp style class utilizes our custom harness and bungee system to bring you a form-supported workout that will tone your muscles and your core. You’ll get all the intensity and true movement of a traditional fitness class with the added twist of our signature suspension technique.  The class allows you to move through movements with ease and is joint friendly and low impact.  Exercises such as push-ups, burpees and jumps will become routine rather than a struggle.

We are taking Bungee Fit up a notch with a 30-40 min HIIT style workout.  Utilizing the harness and bungee system we will kick the cardio up by doing exercises arranged as short bursts of very hard work with short amounts of rest.  This class is still modified per client as we all workout at different levels.  This will be a great addition to our line-up.

This class combines a variety of dance-based fundamentals with our unique bungee system to bring you a fitness experience that allows even the most inexperienced mover to feel like a beautiful dancer, or a carefree adventurer in flight. Tap into the youthful joy of leaping through the air as you strengthen and tone your body.

Facilitated by a certified trainer, TRX suspension training engages your core, and improves your mobility, flexibility, strength, and endurance with this patented method workout. With modifications as easy as repositioning your hands or feet, TRX uses gravity as your resistance, making training easily adaptable for all skill levels.

Join us for this great yoga experience by letting go and releasing into the support of a soft aerial hammock. Your body weight is distributed between the fabric and the floor, (at waist height) allowing us to access traditional yoga postures in new ways. With a focus on poses, transitions, and building strength and flexibility this class will allow you to release tension and focus your mind.

Aerial Barre Fitness

Our Aerial Barre class is a combination of postures inspired by ballet and other disciplines like yoga and Pilates. The aerial silk is used as a prop to balance while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training (holding your body still while you contract a specific set of muscles) combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements.  We spend time on the Aerial Silk and also time on the mat focusing on the core.
